Coming in late 2026, Oasis Brentwood aims to connect the resort and city lifestyle together in one place. It is the first development in Metro Vancouver with its own private man-made beach oasis (hence the name!), and comes with resort-inspired amenities such as a double ring track, children’s playground, 80’ indoor swimming pool and hot tub, steam and sauna room, fitness centre, spin studio and a bowling alley. Residents will be able to enjoy “an island getaway” without going far!


You are steps away from the Amazing Brentwood (a newly transformed and exciting shopping centre with many diverse restaurants!) the Brentwood Skytrain Station that can take you downtown in 15 minutes. Concord will also be building a new urban park just right outside your doorstep, providing some much needed green space for daily strolls, picnics, dog walking etc. This park is set to complete at the same time as Oasis.


This will also be Concord’s second building with a retractable glass screen system for all its units. What this means is that on each balcony, there are floor to ceiling sliding glass panels that block wind and debris from flying into the balcony space in order to create a more usable living area for all seasons. Vancouver is known to be quite rainy so the developers envisioned a way for residents to have the option of using their balconies more year round. There will also be heaters included on each balcony’s ceiling as well for warmth during the colder months. The glass panels will be anywhere between 5mm to 20mm thick. The views from the units on the east side will see Mount Baker while the south side units will have a sprawling urban landscape view of Metrotown and beyond. Each unit comes with A/C, Miele washer and dryer, laminate flooring, Miele kitchen appliances and a beautiful quartz kitchen countertop. If you would like, there is an option to upgrade your unit with a steam closet that can sanitize and refresh your clothes without having to wash them daily. There are two parking spaces options for sale, both EV ready - $46,000 for regular sized and $37,000 for small. A bike storage will cost $9600.
